January 16 is Martin Luther King Jr. Day. Use the entry sign that celebrates this event throughout the month. The featured recipe, Spicy Southern Snapper, will make a great menu item for this special day.

January 23 is Chinese New Year. In celebration of this festive event, we are featuring Chinese Orange Chicken with Broccoli.

A new look for our Unity and Chef Spotlight programs rolls out this month. For operators who are using these tools, your customers will appreciate the renewed energy and colors.
